The amount of HOOPLA one must endure to travel during the pandemic is truly extraordinary. Covid tests, documents to complete, vows to wear masks etc. But to finally see my darling granddaughter in person, I did it all.
This was my first international trip since 2012, but other than the covid business, not much else has changed--i.e. the airline food is just as dreadful as ever and airports are as vile as they always were. |
