Hope The second year without my dear love has not been any easier. I think about him all the time, and miss him terribly. But life goes on, and I am learning a lot about living alone. Plumbers and electricians have made part of this learning experience. And, as always, the support and love of my dear family and friends have kept me going. |

Beatrice Retirement continues to suit Beatrice more than the other available options, although she would happily give independent wealth a try. This year saw no great advances in her bra business, not quite enough time on various sunny beaches, and far too much time away from her cat; while past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results, she anticipates these trends continuing in 2015. Please get in touch with her if you know anyone who wishes to catsit and sublet in friendly Brooklyn or who can get one of the [probably very competent and overwhelmingly busy and not just avoiding responsibility] people in the visa department at the Greek consulate to answer the phone.* *Anyone who comments anything even close to "What do you expect? They are Greeks, bureaucrats, AND in DC/ NYC" will be required to compare and contrast all health insurance policies available in NYC.. |

Jacob Jacob and Jenn both started exciting new jobs in 2014. Jacob at a brand new startup (Byte) with a small team of talented programmers and Jenn at an up and coming horse farm in the town of Bedford. They are still living in their cozy apartment in Williamsburg Brooklyn. |

Arabella This year was better then last but still difficult. I bought a canoe and took it to my lake a block away quite a bit this summer. My roommate/best friend moved which was hard, but I was very fortunate and got another great roommate/friend to move in. I was the maid of honor in Michele's wedding and a bridesmaid in Becky's so I got to spend a lot of time visiting San Diego! And I'm still very glad I moved to Colorado! Lastly, I have really concentrated on yoga, and am now a full time member at core power--which has saved my back! |

Joy Joy has had a good first year teaching at University of Bradford and developing their online learning initiatives. Living in Leeds has turned her into a proper commuting cyclist, daily battling the Yorkshire hills. Or most days, anyways. She and Dave visited beautiful Iceland for a second time to see old friends and glaciers. Dave continues to spend his days as a research engineer and his nights designing and touring stage shows of moving mirrors and refracted lasers to titillate the music-going crowd.. |

Aaron Aaron spent much of 2014 in DC where he has taken over his father’s business of secondhand shops. In October he signed a lease for apartment in Alexandria, committing to spend the majority of 2015 in DC as well. He made several trips back to Tallinn, Estonia where his beloved skunk looks after his apartment during his long absences. He looks forward to kayaking and fishing the Potomac river in the spring and summer of 2015 when not busy at work. |
